These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on the website of Meet Me at the Wall, located in the Netherlands.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

All wallpaper is produced on demand, which means each order is printed specially for the customer.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
We advise ordering a sample before purchasing wallpaper.

Pricing

All prices on our website are shown in euros and include VAT for EU customers.
For customers outside the EU, VAT is removed and local customs fees or import charges may apply.

Payments

We accept various secure payment methods including credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal and local payment options depending on your region.

Orders & Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If you did not receive a confirmation, please contact us.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.
After production has started, changes are no longer possible.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout or on our Shipping page.
Delivery times depend on the country and production method.

Returns

Because wallpaper is printed on demand, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Samples are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement free of charge.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.
These fees are determined by the local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images and content on our website are protected by copyright.
They may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Privacy

We respect your privacy.
Personal information is used solely to process orders and will never be shared with third parties except for shipping partners.
