Our Quality: Materials, Craft & Care

We design wallpapers that look beautiful, install smoothly and stand up to busy family life. Below you’ll find what we use and how we build long-lasting quality.

Materials

  • Premium non-woven (vlies) substrate for dimensional stability and easy paste-the-wall installation.
  • Surface engineered to resist tearing during install and everyday use.
  • Low odour, indoor-friendly finish suitable for living spaces and kids’ rooms.

Printing & colour

  • High-resolution printing that preserves hand-painted texture and depth.
  • Colour checked per production run for consistency.
  • As with all wallcoverings, minor batch variation can occur—please order enough in one order.

Why non-woven works beautifully with panelling

    • Dimensional stability: non-woven doesn’t stretch when you butt seams above a wainscot, so joins stay neat.
    • Paste-the-wall: cleaner installs around mouldings and frames—no soggy paper near timber details.
    • Edge definition: the slightly thicker substrate gives a crisp cut line on top of panelling or trim.
    • Durability: scuffs happen on the lower half; panelling takes the knocks while wallpaper shines above.
    • Paint compatibility: primed surfaces and a light, even base coat help colour read true at the panelling break.
    • Future-proof: non-woven usually strips dry from primed walls, so you can repaint or re-paper without damage.

Pro tip: set the panelling top between 85–110 cm for toddlers, or 100–120 cm for bigger kids. Always run a plumb line for your first drop above the rail.

Sustainability & sourcing

  • Responsible paper sourcing and efficient production to minimise waste.
  • Packaging chosen to protect in transit while reducing excess.

Safety & indoor use

  • Intended for normal residential interiors with good ventilation.
  • Wipe-clean surface for everyday marks; see Care Tips for methods.

Fit for family life

  • Paste-the-wall application, dry-hanging panels for cleaner installs.
  • Stable seams when installed per guide (butt seams; no overlap or stretching).
